OMG! I tuned in to this show for the ending when the moms were meeting. What a crazy lunatic that larger woman was! She was a nut. I felt sorry for her family having to be subjected to her tirade. She'd be the one I would bet had the "dark side".

BTW, I thought the "dark side" house was a beautiful home. I never saw where the husband (Chris) was forcing his views on anyone. I thought he was a little too passive and quiet considering the situation.

There was a note at the end of the show showing how the money was to be spent and the a note that she had decide to accept the money. what a suprise.
I dont remember it all but $5000 was for Brookes dancing cert. $20,000 for the mom to have the gastic bypass she had been wanting. Some amount for Ashley and Abigale to move out into their own place.

We did the same thing--but flipped back enough to see how CRAZY that woman got. *shudder* I felt so bad for the little girl. She was crying and looked so scared.

It makes me proud to be raising my children in the Unitarian Universalist church. I wonder how many people who were on the fence about turning to religion were swayed away from it by her?

No. I do not know them at all. I live about 30-35 miles from Ponchatoula. I hated that she represented the area. Like I said, we're not all crazy (or snotty like the friend).

There was a little article on her in the local paper. It didn't say much, though. Just that she was on the show and what time it would be on. I think maybe they were afraid to say very much on the subject.
