Trading QS Meal for 3 Snacks at Food & Wine

I read that you can trade a counter service meal for 3 snacks at the various Food & Wine Festival booths. Seems you can't include an alcoholic beverage as one of the 3 items. Do you know if a non-alcoholic beverage can be one of the three items? Specifically interested in trading a CS credit for two food items and a mango bubble tea at the China F&W booth.

If it's listed as a snack credit on the booth's menu, you can do it.
