There are a couple of books available to trade from. Check the gift shops and Shutters. As for crew members, they are farther between than the parks, but still around. We had the best luck with the crew members handing out wipes in front of Cabanas and with people at the various desks: Internet, Guest Services, Port Adventures, Future Cruise, DVC. The best pin trading, however, is at the Officer's Pin Trading, which will be an event listed in the Navigator.

Another recommendation for Officer Pin Trading. They often have great pins from previous cruises. I have traded for Panama Canal, trans-Atlantic and Europe cruise pins.

Yes as above, good answers, we also did it in the shops with some assistants there, not all do it, and we were lucky a server did ours as well.
