trading in used tickets at resorts what kind of credit do you get

I have two passes left from last time with 2 waterparks each. (they are my sixty yr. old parents actually, they went shopping when we used our waterparks). I need passes for the four of us. we are thinking of buying the gaydays 2 day parkhopper passes for the four of us this time. (We have passes to go to sea world this time also.) If a wait and trade them in for 3 day park hoppers when we get there, what kind of credit will i get?

I may be wrong, but I do not believe you will get any credit for them. If I remember correctly you can only "trade-up" passes that have days remaining at the 4 major parks. The "plusses" are considered extras and have no actual monetary value.

Someone here may have different info, but that is what I remember.

That's pretty much how I understood it, too.

As previously mentioned, the plus options carry no dollar value for upgrading. Save the leftover tickets and use them at a water park next time you go. They will never expire.

Don't wait to buy those 2 and 3 day tickets at WDW or you will be disappointed. They are special event tickets (like convention tickets) only available through the gaydays.com website.

I mean that you won't be able to get them when you check into your resort as they will not be for sale there. These are not regular park tickets. They are only for sale in advance through the gaydays website.

Sell them on ebay!!! If they are park hopper passes then there is a huge demand for them. For instance Last year we came back with days left. I listed them on ebay.... We had 2 adult 2 day park hopper with 1 option and 2 children 2 day with 2 option. The high bid..... $500.00. We took the money stuck it in the bank for the 7 days PH tickets we just purchased for our trip in May!! It might be worth it to look up what they are selling for on ebay. And then decide if that option is right for you. Some sellers list them seperately and seem to do well also. Just thought Id stick my 2 cents in..(as usual).......... Shay

I had emailed Disney about tickets and they said some could be credited. But when I asked how, which ones, etc they said they could only tell when you got there.
