Praying for Katie's full and speedy recovery, wisdom for the doctors and strength for the family while she recovers.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Katie and her family. This post brought back many memories for me. I had a similar event 7 years ago at the age of 35, 3 months after the birth of my son. I was too, always healthy and fit. I had flat lined 3 times and like Katie they weren't sure if there would be problems from lack of oxygen. I'm happy to say I'm here and have no bad effects other than a very mild heart issue from the whole ordeal. I believe the love, support and prayers helped pull me through as well as the fantastic doctors I had and still have. Please keep us posted on Katie. I am praying she will pull through this fine. She will be in my thoughts and prayers all day.
