The 1st down marker, I'm not sure though I did update my original post. Since the marker was a HOST prize, value is subjective so I may accept most reasonable offers.

As I have both the HOST wreath pin and Give-A-Gift magenta candy cane I will will have to decline. If you have the HOST green candy cane then I'm willing to trade like that.

Unfortunately I can't accept this offer; just alone basing on the original sell price the pin is half the cost of the hat. Some dis members are valuing these recently retired items for as much as 3 times the value, I'm only doing double the value.
