Tracy, how do we sign in Online?

Have you checked out Disney Cruise Line's website? You can review your reservation and at the appropriate time make online reservations for the spa, excursions, Palo and the children's programming.

You are able to make reservations 75 days prior to your sail date or February 24, 2009 at 12:01 am Eastern Time. Your reservation must be paid in full prior to this date to make online reservations. This is also the date you can complete your online check-in. Go to http://www.disneycruise.com. Click on My Disney Cruise.

Please note if you log in to your reservation before midnight on this date, you will have to log out and log back in. Otherwise, if you press refresh, you will get an inaccurate error indicating that your reservation is not paid in full. DON"T PANIC, simply log out and log back in if you know your reservation is paid in full.

In order to view your reservation you must have a log in with Disney Cruise Lines. If you don't, you'll need to set one up.

Set up a Log In using your Email Address, password and date of birth. Make sure you have given Dreams Unlimited Travel your correct dates of birth or you will not be able to do this (otherwise Disney will not have your dates of birth in their system)

Click on My Disney Cruise
Enter your Disney Cruise Lines Reservation Number and your date of birth (you can find your Disney Cruise Lines reservation number on your client services page.) You will be able to see details about your reservation.

Click on My Online Check-In
Here you can add/edit Guest Information, your Payment Authorization and Flight Information. Here you will also find the Cruise Line Contract that you will need to print, sign and bring with you. There are also forms for Medical Information, Minor Authorization and Flight Modification.

Click on My Cruise Plans
Here you can make your Shore Excursions, Palo Dining, Spa and Fitness and Children's Registration reservations. You must use Internet Explorer to make some of these reservations. Tip: Prior to the date you can make reservations, log in and mark the excursions and spa services you wish to add to your Wish List. When you make the reservations, you will be able to select that you only want to see ones on your wish list. This will save time!

Please let me know if you have any questions!

I think she means for the cruise.....good one, Kim!

To get your reservation number, log into your reservation on Dreams Unlimited Travel's site. It will be listed as the Disney Confirmation number. If you have trouble, email me. I cannot post your number here.

Another info from you Tracy. Thanks for taking time to share this with us.

Have a nice day. :)

I wish there was a dedicated "Ask Tracy" thread with a sticky near the top.

Anyway, Greg and I need to get our annual passes. We're DVC members. I think I remember getting a DVC discount - is that right? Do we order them through the DVC site?

I'm sure I had another question, but that's it for now.

Thanks for all you do!

Great idea, Lois!! That would be great!! Especially as hundreds of obsessive planners realize we are down to just SEVENTY-NINE DAYS LEFT!!!!!:scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

Hi Lois,

There is a DVC discount. You can order your passes through the DVC site or get them when you arrive. Either one will work! I believe if you order them through the DVC site though, you will just get vouchers and have to trade them in at the parks.

This made me think of another thing that someone asked me about.

There is no onboard credit offer for the May 10 cruise for AP holders.

ok - another question for Tracy.

We have a guarantee room -- when will we find out our room number?

Hi Fiona,

These will be assigned beginning around 30 days prior to the cruise or April 10. It is possible they won't be assigned until we get to the port however, but most are assigned before that. We are not automatically notified but do check for assignments around that time and will notify you. You can also check your reservation on DCL's website and it will show if you have been assigned a cabin.

Tracy

Thanks Tracy. The room really makes no difference of course -- it's the podcast cruise afterall. Just wondered if we'd be upgraded which also doesn't matter if we aren't.

Fiona

Tracy, if Disney changes the cabin we have been assigned for any reason, would you be notified, or would be just see it on the cruise website?

Thanks,
Kim

Hi Kim,

we are usually notified if they upgrade you, however if you are in a category 12 and are given an upgrade, we don't always get notified. We do check though periodically and catch this much of the time.

Starting to look like a grassroots "AskTracy" thread.... :cool1:

I'll stop posting like this as it defeats the purpose... ;)
