Tracking device on Elderly's car?

We have on star and if the car is missing for whatever reason--with police involvement, the car could be located. So I guess we already have a "tracking" device of sorts.

I wouldn't object to it--but if he is able bodied and of sound mind...he would need to be in on it. Especially if it is his vehicle (titled to him). Noone has the right to alter/augment anyone's car without permission.

But, I also wouldn't leave them foodless and without the ability to get around! You don't always get to pick and choose which responsibilities yuo want... Hannathy, i believe you too make a very good point.

Me neither. I would never leave my mother to fend for herself. Considering she has 3 adult children living in the area, we would make sure she was able to get where she needed to be. It's part of having aging parents.
