Hi wish buddies, hope you all had a great new years eve.
Gary didnt have to work but the weather was so wet & windy we decided to stay in! Had a bottle of champagne & watched the fireworks in London on the tv. I telephoned DB in wdw he was on his way into epcot, he then called us at half past midnight from the uk in world showcase he said it was packed solid but a great atmosphere, & illuminations started up whilst he was talking, it made me cry to hear it down the phone line i soooo wanted to be there too

Food has been terrible i have been on a mission to hoover up all the high carb foods in the house before induction day!!! We even went to pizza hut

yesterday:
b/fast - croissant with butter
lunch - ate out at the pub! cajun chk & cheese baguete with fries & salad (i did eat the salad!) & 1 glass of cider.
dinner - parents came over last night & i did a small buffett ate 1 cheese & ham roll, 4 cheese & onion savoury bites, handfull of mini chedder biscuits, 3 southern fried chk pieces, 4 prawns in filo pastry, 8 pickled onions, 1 BIG piece of warm apricot baked cheesecake (yum) with cream, 3 chocolates & 1 diet coke & malibu
On the plus side Gary & i went for a lovely long walk at my fav place called rufford park i love it there, & it was a beautiful day we then went to this haunted pub for lunch! We wrote down all the places we could visit localy on the weekend for walks out & ended up with a list of 19!!! Thats 19 weekend walks
Today is day 1 of induction (gulp) I WI this morning & am 166 lb's, i usually WI on Friday mornings, but i'm not going to this Friday gonna wait till the next friday, that means i will have been doing induction for nearly 2 weeks before i WI again.
B/fast - didnt have any cos i didnt get up till 10am!!!
lunch - having quorn sausage, bacon & tomatos with water
dinner - having chk salad
boy that doesnt look much after what i have been shoveling down, i just dont want to get hungry, although i have cheese, ham & chk legs to snack on.
I AM going to the gym this afternoon, want to take it easy though as i havnt been in weeks!!!
Back to work tomorrow!
I want to keep reminding myself my goals for next year, so i'm gonna put them on each new page, here they are:
To exercise at least twice a weeek.
To spend more time outdoors with family at weekends (we used to go for lots of walks but it now hardly ever happens!!)
To get back on track with my food in the new year - strict low carb for the first 2 weeks, then gradually introduce 'other' healthy foods.
To try & save £300 a month!! (or as near to!)
To get another wdw trip booked.
To be sensible with my weekly spending.
