Tuesday
b/fast - cereal
break - hot choc drink, banana
lunch - chk salad, yogurt, strawberries
dinner- cheese, tomato, mushroom & ham omlette

WENT TO GYM :cool1:

Although i did only swim, but managed to do about 20 lengths :)

Wednesday
b/fast - cereal
lunch - 4 crispbreads, yogurt, low carb cereal bar
dinner - chk fatigas, shared small choc bar with DH

WENT TO GYM :banana:

Made myself do no more than 1 hr - managed to burn over 300 cals :)

Thursday
b/fast -cereal
snack - FOUR choc bars (birthday in staffroom :sad2: )
lunch - cheese sandwich, yogurt
dinner - soup with 1 slice of bread, 1 diet coke

WENT TO GYM :cheer2:
Did the 1 hour again :)

Then went to theatre (just got back) watched Brigadoon, a TA i work with was in it, it was good :)

SOOOO i've made the gym 3 days in a row, & feel loads better for it :)
I hope this is a turning point for me now...less than 5 months till WDW so i've gotta stick with it! i think the 1 hour rule might be good for me :)

Hoping to walk to work tomorrow - weather permitting!! so wont do gym.

Walked to work so didnt go to gym

dinner - fish & chips, fresh dairy cream apple turnover :sad2:

Saturday
Went to gym :banana:

lunch - cheese & ham roll, yogurt, cake
dinner - chicken curry, onion barghi, WHOLE tub of dip :sad2:

Sunday
Took DH's mum to see his sister in the city & went out for lunch, it was a lovely sunny day too :goodvibes

didnt do gym - but went for a 40 min walk with DH :)
b/fast - non
lunch - goats cheese/red pepper tart, with new potatoes & salad, 1 glass of wine
dinner - not had yet - proberbly roll or crispbreads

Friday & Saturday nights seems to be my downfall & i'm dissapointed in myself especially as i didnt really enjoy the fish & chips or curry that much!!
& i felt sooo bloated after the curry i had a really bad nights sleep!!
Feel like all that hard work at the gym was for nothing!!!
On the plus side - i think i wont do this anymore, i feel ready to eat more healthier now, just hope i feel the same way when the weekend comes around!!!

We have a severe weather warning out for tonight & tomorrow - high winds & rain :(
looks like i wont be able to walk to work!!!

the weather turned out to be a bit of a damp squid, thank goodness, although i hear the south of the country got it pretty bad, but we're ok here!

Monday

dinner - homemade wholemeal tortilla based pizza with lots of veggies :)

I'm still a bit hungry as the pizza wasnt very big so i might have cereal for supper - dont usually have supper!!
WENT TO GYM :woohoo:

I really feel i'm back on track with eating & exercise, just hoping the scale shows that in a week or two!!!
I bumped into my police officer friend at the gym - not seen him since October, he's lost lots of weight & now can run 10 miles!!! We were about the same level on the TM before i stopped for the 2 months & gained 14 lb's.
Which i find pretty depressing !!! kept thinking i could be doing that if i hadnt stopped going!

Don't compare yourself to your policeman friend. You'll get there too - just be patient and stick with it. I remember how awesome you were doing before with the running and you'll get back there again!! (believe me, if I can, you certainly can ;) )
 
Hi Tracey, good job getting back on track! I am right there with you on the Friday and Saturday night thing, I swear they undo me every weekend! You'll be running alongside Robo Cop and keeping up with him again before you know it! So did the weight loss make him look any better?:lmao:

Tuesday
Went to gym :cool1:
Just swam - only did about 10 lengths (the pool is smaller lengths too) but at least i did something :)
cant remember food but i've been pretty good all week :)
Think i had chk & mushroom risotto for dinner!

Wednesday
I was sooo ill with what must have been a migrane!
Was up at 3am (headache woke me up) taking painkillers - i was walking with one hand on my head & the other on the wall to stop my legs from giving way!! Felt really sick too!!
Managed to get back to sleep but had a dull ache all day!
Went to pub with work friends but left early & went to bed at 8.30 pm...and slept right through!!!
Needless to say didnt do gym!
Had cheese & mushroom omlette with fries at pub & 1 glass of wine & 1 diet coke

Just hoping headache isnt linked to birth control pill - my Dr said i couldnt stay on it long term but it has solved a multitude of problems i was having, & i'm worried if they take me off it all these problems will come back!!
hoping it was viral as i've had a few weird things last couple of weeks!

Thursday
Went to gym :goodvibes
went to watch DD in choir concert :)

Friday
didnt do gym but did the 25 min walk to work :)
went out for a meal with friends, i had wild mushroom & spinach risotto with parmesan cheese & i didnt eat all of it & DH & i shared a piece of cheesecake I only had a couple of mouthfuls :) & 2 glasses of wine
I was pretty pleased with myself!

Saturday
Went to gym :)
cleaned house & garden too!!
My new neighbour friend came over today & told me her & partner are splitting up :(
She was upset, its looking like the house will have to be sold too :(
Another elderly neighbour's wife has been taken into hospital today, hoping she will be ok

b/fast - cereal
lunch - 4 crispbreads, yogurt
dinner - got a chk/bacon pasta salad :)

So my weekend is looking healthier food wise than the last few!!!
Oh & i lost 3 lb's :thumbsup2
The scale is finally not going up anymore :)

Gonna get this posted before computer dies on me again!!
 
Hi Tracey, that is too bad about your friend and her partner. I hope it all works out, one thing is certain, I know you will be there for her since that is your way! Hope things with the neighbor also work out.

I know that I can't take the Pill due to my migraines, just keep a journal of how long they are and when they occur to show your doctor. Hopefully it was viral. I also know I get them when there is a weather change or my allergies kick up. In fact I had one last night! Sleep, dark rooms and caffeine all help. I hope its gone for good!

Great job this week, you are officially back on track! :cool1: Keep up the good work, you are doing so well!

Went to gym...AGAIN!!!! :thumbsup2

Took it pretty easy as i fely a bit sore & stiff from yesterday - still burnt 300 cals :)
& i had the salad last night!

lunch - pork chops, boiled potatos & salad
Dinner - DB & family are coming over - just hope i can eat the goodies i've bought in moderation!!!

Gotta dash my sausage rolls are burning!!!!
 
Tracey, you are doing great! Really, really proud of you, knew you could do it all along of course! That is good news on the neighbor front, I hope it works out for them. Hope the sausage rolls were saved!
