Just returned from an eight day stay at WDW. We had a studio at BWV our first night. We loved the location and the view from our first floor balcony. Here is the view and a couple other pics:
We went to Welcome Home Wednesday and I won a $25.00 gift certificate to Portabello's. There were about 200 people there, I was surprised. It was fun, played trivia and got free blue DVC hats at the end. Here is the line of people waiting to get in:
In the morning I got up at 6:30 am and went over to SSR to see if I could get a CP DTD view. Not only did they grant my request but they said our two bedroom was ready! Went back to BWV to get the family and over to SSR we went. Here is the view from our room # 1327:
The first few days at SSR were fabulous, sunny and warm. We took advantage of the pool at CP and just relaxed and enjoyed the resort here our a couple pics of SSR:
Then came the rain rain and more rain! We made the best of it went to the parks which were pretty much empty. Every attraction was walk on and most of our favorites we rode twice. All in all a great trip even with the rain.
