Hey kids I'm checking in, didn't get to go to Disney so I took a bunch of Boy Scouts to Catalina Island. There I again did my Elvis impersonation and I was force to strip tease down to the famous lime green speedos in trying to win. I believe I was the reason for many of boy's nightmares and heard lots of Scoutmasters tell they boys, "see I told what would happen if drink too much beer." I will try to get a copy of the best picture to send yah. I do miss everyone and will try to write one hour a day to keep my fans happy.

I hope it's not Friday because the following day my 16yo leaves on a big trip (a UN trip with kids his age from all over the country) that lasts for 13 days and we leave for Orlando.

Hey quick question, what do you get someone for a wedding present, when you don't think the marriage will last for more than a couple months???

The bride is my DH's ex-step sister. Everyone has been trying to talk her out of going through with this marriage, the guy is a total loser! I personally think she's going through with it because she's paid for everything out of her own pocket!

Yeah, this sounds like it's going to have a good ending, ouch.

This weekend we were at my DD softball tournament and one of the teams playing in the tournament had shirts that read on the front "If you ain't cheatin" and on the back "you aint' tryin" Yep that is a great motto for a 10 year old team. Anyway, this tourney was the Houston area sectional tournament and her team came in 3rd out of 19 teams.

The last time I went on a UN trip, I ended up somewhere in the Middle East watching Camel races.

Ben would probably like that. Within a few minutes of bringing him to his check-in place yesterday he was off talking with a cute girl. That boy, who has a lot to hold him back, has the moves.

We're in Savannah, GA, getting ready to finish the drive to FL. Yesterday was hard...LOTS of traffic and heavy rain. Very heavy. I drove most of the way, which I've never done before. Wanted to see what I could do and I passed the test.

Hi guys, we just got back from a few days at Cape Cod and Nantucket. It was nice but for us everything less then Disney is a let down. Anyone have any plans for the 4th? I really wish it was not on a Wendsday this year, mostly because it is my Bday and I have to work the next day. I guess there will be only a little celebrating for my big three-four, I guess that really doesn't work unless it ends in an O???

We were in Navarre Florida on vacation. It is just east of Pensacola. The water was crystal clear with nice waves. We saw some dolphins playing just off the beach one day.

The Panhandle part of Florida is really nice. The water is generally very clear and the beaches are fine sand, sugar white.

We had a wonderful time on the beach.

The Cape was okay, DH and I wish we would have spent the extra $ and booked a trip for free dining in late August. It was awsome last year!!!! You are going for it, right???

Oh yeah, we're hitting POP Century September 15 - 22nd! I can't wait, it's our second year going during free dining...definately worth it! There is even going to be a bunch of Dis'er parties at POP during the free dining period! I plan on hitting a couple of them! We're driving down, my 8 yo DD has never been on a road trip this long before.....she's ok with the trip up to Maine, don't know how this is going to go over though! I've already started stocking up on DVD's and DS Lite video games for the road!

Anything more then a couple of hours of driving freaks me out. I couldn't even stand the drive to the cape.
I am sooooo jealous of your free dining, where do you have ADR's for???
