TPA to Universal

We will be flying into Tampa and driving to the Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Studios. We really won't need a car and I hate to pay for parking when the car is just sitting but would love a vehicle just for a day to do some other things in Orlando. Does anyone know if any of the major car rental companies have drop off spots at Universal?

I think Hertz may have a location on Universal property. I would ask this question on the Universal Resorts board. I know I read it on there sometime.
