Toystoryduo's Journal....Moving Forward From Here

:goodvibes Hey Tracy! Hope you and your DH are feeling better! Congrats on the new car and your loss this week!

I'll be car shopping next summer, as my lease is up. I don't care what I get but that payment better go WAY down! hahaha :thumbsup2

Thanks ladies. :grouphug:

Quick post.....

I'm still sick. :( If I'm not better by Monday, I'm heading to the doctor or minute clinic to see if I have a sinus infection.

Went to the zoo yesterday, had a great time!:banana: Weather has been sunny and 80! :sunny:

Going to work with DH in Toledo today. Then coming home to color Easter eggs. Mickey Easter eggs!::MickeyMo

Down 1 pound at weigh in this week!:banana:

Gotta head out with DH...I'll try and come back later on today and get to journals. Have a great day!:wizard:

glad to hear you were able to enjoy the zoo and you've lost a pound, but bummed you still aren't all better...hope you get some relief soon

I'm sorry to hear you guys are under the weather. I hope the Easter bunny brings the cure for you! :wizard:

CONGRATS on the loss! :banana::cool1::woohoo:

I love the zoo, I wish my kids were still little enough to want to go all the time. Enjoy it while it lasts! :goodvibes

Congrats on the loss! And the new car! GREAT deal!!

Hope you feel better soon & DH stays feeling better.....girls too!!

Zoo trip sounds wonderful. I can't believe it was 80 there! WOW!!

Have a wonderful Easter!!

Thanks ladies. :hug:

Still not feeling well this morning. :( Gonna head out to CVS in a bit to get some stronger medicine. If I am not feeling better tomorrow, off to the doctor I go.

Lots going on today...Easter here at home, head out to grandma's house, and then to the hotel with my in laws. The hotel has a pool, putt putt course, and an arcade. The kids will have a blast!:banana:

Hope everyone has a blessed day! Happy Easter!:hug:

Have a great Easter! Sounds like you have some fun things planned. :thumbsup2

Thanks Amy!:hug:

We had a nice Easter yesterday. :goodvibes Good food + family + sunshine = :goodvibes

I am starting to feel better. :banana: Yesterday, the pool area was hot and humid and I think that helped to break up some of the yuck in my head. I'm about 75% today. :goodvibes

Today's Plan:
* Library
* Lunch with DH
* Work on new laptop
* Thrift store for summer clothes shopping
* Walk

I am so thankful that we are on spring break this week. :goodvibes The girls and I really needed a break from homeschooling. Hopefully, this week will help us re-charge out batteries so we can finish the year on a strong note.:thumbsup2

I ordered a $5 Amazon GC from Swagbucks this morning and a $10 Subway GC from My Points. :woohoo:

Have a wonderful day everyone!:grouphug:

Tracy
Despite being sick, it sounds like you had a great weekend and wonderful Easter day. :goodvibes
I'm so glad you are beginning to feel better. I am amazed that you were able to get out and do all you did while feeling bad. I would have been grounded in bed. :hug:

I hope you all have a wonderful Spring Break and that the weather cooperates.

:woohoo: for the lb lost
:yay: for the GCs.

Thanks Lisa. :hug:

I'm continuing to feel better, but I think my allergies are kicking in now. My DH is still congested and now my poor DD7 is sick. :( Ugh. I hope everyone is healthy soon!:goodvibes

I have been doing a lot of relaxing on spring break. It's been nice to just sit back and chill out. Of course, my house isn't as clean as it could be and I'm not making as much money on my rewards programs, but I really needed this break.

Today's Plan:
* Work for DH
* Walk
* Dinner in crockpot (DONE!)
* Clothes shopping
* Disney meeting (haven't had one in awhile)

That's about all from here. Have a nice Wednesday!:hug:

Taking a break from it all is good everyone once in a while. I do hope you all can get well soon. Spring is here so I will try to push some more of it up North to you. :thumbsup2

How's the new car?

Tracy, I am sorry you have been sick but glad you are improving! That humidty in the pool area probably did help. I have a cold too, I was pretty miserable at AK last Friday and was about to leave early when the kids begged me to ride EE just once. I have to say, that thing cleared me up and gave me a second wind! I rode it four times. Now I am home and all stopped up again, with no EE to help me unclog!:rotfl:

How is the new car working out?

You deserved that break and relaxation time. Your house is probably cleaner than most and anyway, who cares? My mom always used to say, "is Better Homes and Garden coming to photograph your house, if not why worry?".

Thanks ladies. :grouphug:

Yesterday was such a busy day. My DH went from job to job to job while we did some work around the house and went out to eat with his uncle. Today looks to be a busy day too.

I'm still not feeling 100% yet. I am feeling much, much better and am very grateful for that, but I just can't seem to completely get rid of the yuck. I'm drinking lots of water and taking my vitamins so that should help. I think I'm going to get back on track with my workouts next week too. Maybe some good old fashioned sweat will help. ;)

Today's Plan:
* Clean the bedroom
* Work for DH
* Sort paperwork
* Library

One of my goals this weekend is to sit down and do some thinking on paper. We need to get back on track with our finances and with our weight loss goals, as well as get a preliminary schedule for the next couple of months. With DH's work, plus deejaying which will start soon, it's going to get ever busier around here, even though school is almost over.

Got my $50 Disney gift card from SR yesterday and applied it to our trip already!:banana:

Well, that's about all from here. Have a wonderful weekend! :grouphug:

just stopping by with a little :wizard: for if you do weigh today. Glad you are feeling better. You're right, maybe a little sweat will help knock it out.

Smart to put your schedule on paper. You should see my calendar sometimes. When there is an open day I'm like :woohoo: and then (sigh) what have I forgotten. :sad2:

When you cash out for GCs with SR, about how long does it take to receive the card? I am thinking of maybe doing that instead of Paypal.

Love your new ticker!

Tracy, that is great you got your gc and could apply it to your trip! Every penny paid down is always such a good feeling. I am right there with you on the lingering yuk. :hug:

I like your idea of getting some things down on paper. I really need to do that too, so I think your goal needs to be my joint goal!

Have a great weekend and keep feeling better!:wizard:

Hope the icky stuff leaves you alone soon! Seems everyone has it lingering & lingering.

Have you started scoring yet? Last night they asked for volunteers to move about on different parts of the project as some are way ahead & others are way behind. I want to stay put in hopes that we finish a few days early so I have a break before I do the online at home....Ohio 8th grade.

Have a great weekend! WISHing that WI went ok!!

I hope you are feeling better! :wizard:

I know what you mean about a schedule. I would be completely lost without my color-coded dry-erase calendar on my fridge! :eek:
