Good morning, Tracy! Thought I'd visit you over here today! It sounds like you had quite a weekend. . .lots of good exercise, but lots of concerns about loved ones, too.
You know that I'll be rooting for DH as he goes through this busy week
and I'll be praying for you and the girls, too.
Take care, Tracy, and have a good day.

Erin
Thanks Erin!

It's good to see you here.
Good morning WISH buddies,
A little math for your Monday morning.....
Too much

( stress) + too much

(exercise) =

(me)!
I woke up with the headache this morning and a sore throat. I have to do some serious thinking about this. Why? Because for the past two years, I have been sick around the same time of year. It comes and goes. I remember journaling the same thing last year around the same time.

I was pretty sick right before we went to WDW and actually made it into Onederland because I could not eat. So, I'm thinking (very scary today!

) that maybe the stress overload (finances, mom, MIL, BIL, DH's work situation, 9 birthday parties in November, WDW, Christmas, work) is causing my immune system to lower its resistance and that's why I keep getting sick at this time of year. Some of the stressors are the same and some are different. It just seems to always happen at the same time of year.... Also, I've noticed from last year's calendar that my exercise minutes pick up big time in October, November, and December as well. Since a lot of things in my life are out of my control, do I exercise more because it is something I can control it? With life being as busy and stressful as it is the last three months of the year do I compensate with more workouts? Hmmmm....

Maybe I am overthinking this?

Anyhow, I guess it's better to get it out of the way now then to be sick at WDW.
Today's Plan:
* Homeschool
* Laundry
* Clean the girls room (a MUST!)
* A nice leisurely walk to the park; maybe the store too
That's all for today. I would really appreciate any good thoughts and prayers you can send my MIL, BIL, my DH, and my friends, J & S. Thanks!
Have a great Monday!

Sorry for the rambling post...

If it doesn't make sense, it's the cold medicine.
