I haven't received mine yet... anyone else?

I didn't receive mine either, but when I logged into the TRU rewards site, I was able to access and print my coupons. I haven't tried to use them yet, so hopefully, my printout will work. Like pp said, they are separated into $5 and $6 increments, some of them expire on the 14th and the rest are valid 1/15 to 1/29. I thought from reading about the promotion beforehand that it would be issued as a gift card, and I didn't think that the rewards would be available until February. So, thank you very much to the OP for posting this. Otherwise, since I didn't get an e-mail, I would never have known that my rewards bucks were available, and they would have expired. (And, I know they have my e-mail address - I was getting inundated with e-mails from the rewards e-mail address up until Christmas!)

Last time I got a mailer with my Rewards $ coupons (two coupons good for back to back weeks ) and then some % off coupons. THIS time I got an email with 7 Rewards $ coupons (4 good until 1/14 and 3 good from the 15th to the 29th) and some % off coupons (but mostly baby stuff and I don't have babies ) They darn well better let me use them in lump sums rather than one at a time. I will make 2 trips this month for $20 off one transaction and $15 off another but I live an hour away and I WILL NOT drive there 7 times. I hope it isn't an issue but I have only dealt with one manager and, while friendly, she seems to operate by her own understanding of the "rules" vs whether the coupon says you can or can't do something. So we shall see. If they don't let me stack them then I'm done shopping with TRU, the deals were good this Christmas but Amazon was better. Without a hefty "reward" I have no incentive to place TRU order and it isn't like they are local so it isn't like it is convienient.

Well I'm glad to hear that you guys have tried to use them and have been successful. I will definitely be using mine at once. It's interesting how they kept promoting this reward all of the holiday, but it's really not that great. I have brought even from TRU in the past two months that they really don't need anything else. As stated before I hate to have a good coupon go to waste. If they really want to a strict to the rules. I will buy three packets of Dairy Queen Blizzard maker packets for $4.99 each. I will make three separate purchases.

I haven't got anything. I checked me account and it says I earned $0, but in that time period I had over $60 in purchases. Why am I not getting credit? I never have gotten anything from them in the years I've had it.

UGh!!! Thanks for the post! I just read my email and I have (2) 6.00 coupons and (2) 5.00 coupons plus some for percents off, but out of the coupons 2 are good through the 14th and the other two the rest of the month. How lame is that? They didnt say anything of the sort that it would be like that during the promotion... it was spend x, get x amount back. I am going to go to BRU and try to use them all on the 14th or 15th. That way its a day away. I think BRU is more leinent than TRU. Either way, I think people SHOULD complain.

That is odd, I got mine in the regular mail last week. They were broken into $5 coupons too. I used my 4 all at once though with no problems.

I got mine mailed AND emailed. The weird thing is that I got $5 and $4 increments?? Still not happy. Who needs more toys a week after Christmas?

I received mine via email too. I had 4 coupons to use by the 14th, and 4 coupons to use from the 15th-29th. I think they broke them down by when i shopped. Maybe some where October, some November. I think they said if we shopped a certain times in December we will get them later this month.
I did go to the store, and used the 4 coupons in one transaction in one purchase, with no troubles. I would not have been happy at all if they said i could only use one per purchase.

Are you sure you can't use them online? Because I'm pretty sure I've done that in the past.

I got 4 for each time period. Used all 4 the day they were emailed with no troubles at all. Too bad others are having troubles. I read it over and over again incase that happened but mine said nothing about 1 per purchase, the % off ones had rules. When it came time to buy, no troubles at all. I'll be heading back on the 16th to pick up some more things.

My sister forwarded her coupons onto me, but I wondered why I didn't get any myself. I just tried logging in and the site said I didn't exist?!?!?! I'm not sure why, as I just got rewards in the mail. So I re-registered and got my coupons.

I wish I did this before I went to BRU yesterday. I didn't know that some of my sister's coupons weren't good till the 15th. So I spent $10 OOP. I could have used the $15 I had in my own account to cover that. UGH.

I was able to use all the coupons I had yesterday at once at BRU. I went nuts on the clearanced clothing. There's an additional 40% off coupon out there And it seems my children always like to have a growth spurt at the end of each season, which makes it REAL fun to find clothes. Despite the fact it's 18 degrees here, the stores are filled with swimsuits and shorts.

I also received ten five dollar certs; five through 1/14 and five after 1/14. I went that day and asked at the customer service desk and she said yes I could use the first five together. I did with no problem at all! That's strange that some can't.

I got coupons in my e-mail $4TRU money from the rewards and then some for $10 off $50 or more in clothing, etc. But I also tried to "log in" and I do not exist either

Just got back from TRU and I got a flannel sheet for DD's toddler bed (hard to find anything but cotton!), 4 cans of Earth's Best soups, 2 boxes of Earth's Best crackers, 4 Earth's Best yogurt smoothies...they let me use a $3 card I had, a $5 Rewards coupon, a $6 Rewards coupon, and a 20% off coupon for the sheet. I didn't end up buying the diapers I came for as I can find them cheaper elsewhere, but my total out-of-pocket was $10.70 (and originally the sheet alone was $12.99)! I also got another 20% off coupon to use and I will go back next week for more free food/snacks!

I also got 5 ($5) coupons to be used by the 14th and 5 more to be used 1/15-1/29. It is really ridiculous. I had to return 2 things today so I did spend the 5 coupons all at once without a problem. I would of been hot tempered to if they wouldn't let me. I didn't know what to buy. I did purchase a Madden 11 video guide book for my little one so it will help him out some and that was @20. I wasn't going to have the other $5 go to waste so I used it on a pack of gum and 2 boxes of candy while I was there...lol

The other 5 is another question...not sure if I will make it back there and for what???

I don't like it at all.

I got mine emailed today. 10 $5 cert. But you can only use 5 from now til 1/13, then 5 from 1/14-1/28. And it says not valid on video games or accessories!! My kids do not need more toys right now either! Some "rewards"!!
