I loved this attraction, even more so than Buzz lightyear in DL. But I found that when I got off the ride, my forearm of my trigger pulling arm, really hurt. We only got to ride about 4 times, but by the end of our trip my forearm was sore.

I think before the next time we go, I will have to do some stressball (or grip ball) exercises to keep my forearm from getting so sore.

Anyone else have this problem?

Also is there a link out there that has some hints on how to increase points?

My arm wasn't sore after the ride, but I lift weights regularly so perhaps that's why.

Here are some tips for earning a higher score on the ride. :thumbsup2

This is my new all time favorite ride and I have only been on it twice, LOL. Sadly, I was in a car accident in July and injured my right shoulder so going on this ride is VERY painful. But worth it!!! HAHAHAHA I look forward to our May trip which will include my new Vicodin prescription!!!

LOL! My arm gets tired! not sore..but man..that ride is work! Great ride.. a new favorite.

Oh ya, I get that syndrome too, doesn't stop me from getting right back on and doing it again! LOL DBF and I unlocked one of the Easter Eggs and MAN, that does NOT help the TSMM arm! LOL

My arm gets like that too! The first time we rode it, I was complaining my arm hurt, I was out of breath and almost sweating!!

Shows how much shape I'm in!

So how long of a wait are we taking? If you went 4 times it can't be that long, right?

So question, what was your high score?

I got 255,900

I'm still hovering around 160k, DBF got almost 200K last trip and he was soooooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!!

I've only reached the 240's a few times. This weekend my friend and I plan on riding until we get to the 300's...so I can rub it in pixiewings nose;)

I too only get tired not sore but it sucks because I feel like it slows me down! I have been lifting and will do so until my trip so hopefully it'll help. Is that sad that I am working out so I can get a better score on TSMM?? lol

My arm gets tired, too! Its that bit at the end that does it - one of my funniest memories from my last trip is me and my friend sitting next to each other, getting to that last part of the ride and just shooting as fast as we could and just yelling one long "aaaaaaaaaagh!" because we were so in to it, haha! Two grown girls...BEST RIDE EVER! :)

Hey!!! I heard that.......good luck tho, seriously!! I wish I could get that high!

Note to self, working out will help with TSMM, huh, between that and the wedding I'm in in a few months I've got lots of good incentive to workout! :rotfl: Honestly tho, it's more the TSMM advantage..... :rotfl:

I do that too! LOL DBF and I did SR line in Jan, I got paired with another lady and we had so much fun playing together! At the end we were both yelling "aaaaaaagh" and just laughing!!!! It was too much fun!

I went on TSMM a half dozen times during the Passholder preview last year and had a slightly different problem: Both my pinkie and my ring finger stopped working! They didn't hurt, but they would not bend, flex or move at all!

I have pictures of me afterwards, looking like I'm giving a perpetual Vulcan "Live Long and Prosper" salute. :rotfl:

Fortunately, it went away after a couple hours...

Just kidding. And for what it's worth, I'm at the gym 5-6 days a week and my arm still gets sore after 5 or 6 rides.

It was 4 times over 2 days. The wait was between 20 minutes and 45 minutes. One time we waited in the Single rider line , which was 10 minutes (BTW... a child has to be 7 or older to ride single rider).

My arm hurts now just from thinking of the ride. Glad I am not alone with Toy Story Mania Arm. :)

Now you're just bragging.....high scores on TSMM, going to the gym 5-6 days a week, riding TSMM 5-6 times......:rotfl:

Did you see the high scores? They are getting in over 550,000 - crazy
