Toy Story Land at Night

Hi all! I’ve tried searching but can’t seem to find information on when Disney tends to turn on the lights in toy story land for the night. We will be visiting Disney World this summer so it stays sunny out pretty late and the park closes at 9pm. Any recent visitors remember around what time the lights came on? Hoping it’s close to 7!

According to the official Plan Disney site at DisneyWorld.com "The lights typically start around sunset, so be sure to compare the day’s Theme Park Hours to the time that the sun is scheduled to set that day."

I just looked through my pictures for end of April. Got in line for slinky at 7:50pm. Lights were on but it was still fairly light out so couldn’t even really tell. It was a 35 min wait to ride and I do know by time we rode at 830 it was dark out, so the lights looked super cool then. I would say around 8:30pm they would really stand out?

Ok great, this is just what I was looking for. We are hoping to ride slinky dog around then too Thank you both for your replies!

Toy Story Land is much better at night. And SDD is SOOOO much better at night.
When we have been there, the lights turned on about dusk, before you could really tell.

SDD is a completey different ride at night, I don't even ride it during the day anymore!

All of TSL is transformed at night. It seems like that is the way it’s supposed to be.
Just magical!
