Toy Story costume shirts

we've decided to do a last minute surprise trip down in September to include MNSSHP. I want to do a Toy Story Theme but wanted to keep it light since it will be hot still. I tried searching on here through various photobucket pages but with three boys under the age of 6 I don't have a ton of time....
Any disigns of Zurg's emblem or Jessie's shirt. I have the buzz one from the disney store and bought the woodie onesie for baby. was going to make a green alien one for my oldest son. I was going to be Jessie and have my husband be zurg...
any ideas or guidance would be great. thanks in advance!

For Jessie you could just do a yellow shirt and red bandana. I've seen a lot of people do that and it looked just fine and you could tell who they were

Here is a cute Alien.....if someone with some DISigner skills could recreate the little Pizza Planet on his shirt you could iron it on a blue shirt and have your Alien

I have these. I also have most of the other characters in this style in the same folder. Just another option for you.

thanks MilliePie for these! I was able to use the zurg one for my husband. I ended up finding a jessie shirt at a halloween store. I cannot wait to surprise my kids on Sunday!!!! I decided to make the baby big Baby since it's still hot down there...just going to put him in a white onesie that i drew on.
