"Toy Story 3" Un-Scrapped?

According to Wikipedia's article on Toy Story 3, which you can read for yourselves by Clicking here, Toy Story 3 is now un-scrapped, and to the applause of many is being made by Pixar.

Not sure if this is 100% true or not, but if it is then woo! But, Pixar still have some troubles left to fill out, like who is going to play Slinky Dog (the actor who plays him unfortunately died 6 years ago of lung cancer).

Anyone else got any more info on this?

Unfortunately, Wikipedia tends to be a bit like "The Sun" or "The Mirror" when it comes to printing the facts.
