I believe the movies stay in the vault for 10 years. I didn't realize that Toy Story 2 was alread in the vault, but then again I don't know what else is either.

Just searched and looks like buy.com has it available for $15.99.

it was only very recently put back in the vvault, so there are likely to be some stores that still have it. Try dvdempire.com
