Yes, tips would be great!! What are the targets that "change the game"? I kept reading that sign and wondered what I could be missing?? Mind you it is a quick paced ride I could easily miss stuff...but any helpful tips would be cool. Could you PM them to me if you don't want to give it away? Please, i just NEED to know. :rotfl: :rotfl:

SPOILER******:headache: :headache:

Here is my list of tips...

although a lot of the good tricks take 2 people or so to achieve.

the first trick in the barnyard, hit the fox atop of the small hen house of front, you'll see chickens running out work 1,000 points.
Another in the barnyard is hit the 1,000 point mouse scurrying up the barn. if you do that, the barn will flip with 2,000 point mice inside, if you get all of those, then you'll see 1,000 point mice pop up all over the screen.

2nd game is bo peep.
hit all the balloons in the clouds, it will rain 500 point balloons with each cloud popped, if you get both clouds at the same time, it will rain 2,000 point balloons.
I always keep going for the 500 point balloons up front and the 1,000 in the back.

3rd is the Plates.
just be quick and get as many as you can. you'll see the jumping 2,000 plates in the back, if you and your partner both get those, the hill will drop and a tank will start shooting 5,000 point plates at you.

4th aliens
right away as fast as you can, try to get a ring around all of the aliens before they pop back up. If you achieve this, the ship will take off, and a monster will appear with its mouth open, aim for his mouth to rake up tons of points worth 500, 1000,2000. between the monster opening its mouth, aim for the 5,000 alien in the corners.

last is the targets with the darts. hit all the targets once, to reveal a screen full of 2,000 point targets.

the last scene, get all the mine cars, aim for the bat atop, he will turn around and reveal a 5,000 point target. the very end shoot like you have never shot before.

WOO! Thank you for that! I'm so excited for this ride!!!

Courtney, you have APs and you haven't been on TSMM yet??! That is probably in the top 3 rides in all of DLR! You MUST get yourself on it - as I told Jasmine, once she goes on it she will want to ride it multiple times, and the same goes for you! It is TOO addictive! You can't help yourself - you and your boyfriend wil find yourself going to DCA just to get on TSMM and try to beat each other's scores!

So I can't find this on itunes. I found other Window to the Magic but not this one. Can you help me find this one?

It was from July 22, 2008 - one of their Videocasts.

When you search iTunes, type in Window to the Magic and two selections come up - you can't fully read both of them. Choose the second one and it should access the video group. Double click on the link and it will have about 7 video podcasts. It's in there.

OMG!!!! I'm gonna go on it tomorrow about a kajillion times!!!! Thanks for the tips. I'm waffling on weather to give any up to my daughter before I go on it first and then surprise her after. I'm so bad at keeping secrets from her. I'll let you know my score. I really hope I can make the high score of the day or something.
Wish me luck!!! :thumbsup2

I've been on both Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters and Toy Story Mania. I like Toy Story Mania better. Enough said.

Sherry, I love the little Alien's too! They're my favorite! I was looking for an Alien stuffed animal last week and I couldn't find one... Boo.

You're kidding! Were you looking in Tomorrowland or in DCA/Paradise Pier? See, that is one of those things where my first impulse was to say that, yes, I have seen the little green stuffed aliens in DLR...but then, when I was thinking about it, I thought, "Well, now did I really see them or did I just think I saw them?" You would assume DLR sold stuffed aliens, but maybe it was just the little 'action figures' I saw and not any stuffed ones. Hmmmm..... Does DLR still sell stuffed Ewoks in the shop where you get out of Star Tours? (I love Star Tours but cannot get my motion sick friends to go on it anymore - even though they all used to ride it back in the '90s!) I loved those Ewoks! So there should definitely be some stuffed little green aliens around all of DLR somewhere! I love them... "Oooooohhhh...strangers...from the outside...." SO CUTE!

I looked in the store that you enter after you get off the Buzz ride AND the store after TSMM!!! And nothing! They had a cute shirt, but it was only kid sizes and they had plastic doll things that came in a box of 3. :guilty:

I think they do still have those Ewoks! I have one! Well DBF has it, but I bought it for him! I think they're so cute!! I bought it for him I think during Grad Night (2005) in the store after Star Tours.

My Ewok (bought in the '80s or '90s, can't recall!) is sitting up on top of a shelf, next to Gizmo from "Gremlins" and the bothersome Snuggle Fabric Softener Bear (who, not surprisingly, has annoyed the crap out of all his neighbors), Shamu, Snoopy and one of the California Raisin dudes! It is an all-star line-up!! Mickey Mouse is in another area of the room! If the Ewoks are still sold at DLR, then they certainly should sell little stuffed green aliens somewhere! I am trying to recall what stores we stopped in a couple of weeks ago where I THINK I may have seen one out of the corner of my eye. I know we went into World of Disney. Maybe it was there. I went into the Gag Factory in ToonTown. Could have been there. We must find them!!!

When we were at Disneyland/California Adventure the line was so long for Toy Story Mania that we skipped it. The wait was something like 2+ hours. I dont understand why there is no Fast Pass for this attraction? If they can do it for Buzz, why cant they do it for this?

Is TSM at California Adventure a FastPass attraction like it is at DHS?

When I was there in August I did not see Fastpass for Toy Story Mania. The lines were so long every time, 2+ hours, so we skipped it.
