When were there from October 2-5 of this year, we went on TSMM three times. The first time, right when DCA opened on a Friday morning, we walked right through the line, all the way up the point where you pick up your 3D glasses, and it took no time at all. We were almost there. Then the ride broke down, so that added 25 minutes to what would have been a 10 minute wait at most. Second time we rode it was during MTOTP, that night, and the sign said 25 minutes and it took about 30. To me, that is not bad considering it is a brand new, extremely popular ride. Final time we rode it was mid-Saturday afternoon, and the sign said, I think, 35 minutes and it took about 40. Again, to me, that is not bad at all. I mean, it is a miracle that is ever drops below 25 minutes seeing how new it is. I thik the line wait times are much better than I ever anticipated. Now, IF I go back in December, the weekend we are considering going would be the worst weekend of the year, crowds-wise, so I imagine the TSMM line will be quite a bit different.
Bottom line - the ride is more than worth a 45-minute wait. Even an hour is okay with me, as we don't make it a point anymore to hit every single ride. When it gets over an hour, then I might stay away!
