Towncar service - 5 people?

We are considering using a towncar rather than renting this coming trip, but I'm not sure if 5 people (2 adults/3 child) can fit in a towncar? If we have to go with a limo (kids would be thrilled!) it would end up being much more expensive than renting a car. What do families of 5 usually do?

We're using a towncar service but have requested a 14 passenger luxury van. I just want to be sure that we (and all our luggage) will fit comfortable. I think it runs about $10-15 more than a towncar but still much less than a limo.

We too are 5 and always request the van. It isn't much more money and is worth knowing we and our luggage will all fit comfortably.

We have used a towncar service for the past three trips and love it. We are a family of five too. We used Tiffany and had a fabulous experience. It was 95.00 round trip to the Beach Club, but used the 5.00 coupon when booking online, so it was 90.00 for the van, plus tip. If you use them, ask for Larry to be your driver. He was tremendous and he offered a discount card at the grocery stop, a big help. Tiffany service was outstanding, I highly recommend them. Good luck!

Thanks for all your replies! I guess I'll look into getting a van. I assume all of the towncar services have these available? $90 for a van through Tiffany sounds great - I'll have to take a look at their website. Thanks!

We had Larry too. He was wonderful. His van was really clean and he was always on time. He had the 2 booster seats and 1 car seat we needed and all were in great condition. When we had him this past November he even had Finding Nemo on DVD for the kids to watch. It had only been out on DVD a couple of days. I was surprised he had made sure he purchased it right away for the enjoyment of his "guests".
