Towncar or cab?

It will be just myself and DH on our trip. We need to get to WDW from MCO and back. We don't want to do the packed Mearsshuttle thing... so would a towncar or a cab be the cheaper alternative?

We aren't too far apart...I'm in Houston!!!

Anyway, my preference would be the towncar. My wife and I went to WDW by ourselves in '99 and used Tiffany Towncar. I would not expect a cab to be much, if any, cheaper than the towncar. Depending on the cabbie it could end up more! The service is so much better with the towncar and the prices are almost the same. Tiffany even has an online coupon, too!

A towncar would definitely be cheaper than a cab. We always use Happy Limo and get great service from them, but once we did a spontaneous stop at WDW and used a cab, since it was a last minute thing. The cost was much more!

Town cars can be cheaper(and usually are) but some cabbies will negotiate fares if you tell them you got a rate from someone. My favorite cab company is JPP Transportation(407-538-2568). If you need a good town car company, look no further than American Transportation. I've used them a few times and they are fabulous!
