town car tipping and Tiffany question...

How much do you typically tip the town car driver- and what amount do you go by for each trip- half the total cost???
ALSO...
For those of you who have gone with Tiffany Town cars- do they send you a confirmation number or something in the mail? I did receive an email- but no conf # or anything. Just stating my info back to me.

how do you go about paying by credit card?

they just emailed me a conf # and the credit card info!

Can't recall what we usually tip but only tip for the one way trip. You may get a different driver on the way back, although they try to give you the same one. There's no guarantee.

$10 each way is what we usually tip. On our last trip I gave $12. You do not have to pay anything extra to enter the Wilderness Lodge. With Tiffany there are no extra fees, only the tip.

Take the confirmation number with you and the phone number for Tiffany just in case. Also call them one week before, and then again the day before you travel. Confirm your reservation to make sure everything is correct. When you arrive go over it again with the driver.

We tip $10 each way, sometimes $15 for the first let, then $10 for trip back. Depends on the service. We have had no problem using our credit card. They just process it the old-fashioned way, with one of those slide type things.
