I'm due to fly London Gatwick to Orlando on Thursday. Notified today that Norse have cancelled my return leg. Checked their app, turns out they have also cancelled my outbound flight (but not thought to tell me)
Looking online it seems they have cancelled most/all of their flights between Gatwick & Orlando from now until at least the 17th of Jan. Apparently there is an "industry shortage of engines"
I've submitted a claim to them, which will apparently take them 6 to 8 weeks to look at! They have no customers service, just an AI chatbot.
Just wanted to give anyone else in January with Norse the heads up!
