Anyone ever use this service?
I booked 2 cars for our group instead of the ME. Logisitcally the ME was becoming a pain with all the different ages and abilities in my group so I just paid for the Town Cars.
If you have used it...how was the service? My biggest question is the trunk space. I know how big the Lincoln trunks are but there has been a lot of issues with suitcases and the trunks. First they said no more then 3 large suitcases in each car. But each car holds 4 people. My travel agent called down there and now they are saying 7 medium suitcases! UGH!! Plus I have a full size stroller. :rolleyes2 I just don't want to be standing there fighting over suitcases in the airport!
Thanks!

We always use a towncar service. In the past, I have fit 3 large suitcases and a stroller in the trunk.

I personally have not used it, but I have used Mears Transportation a few times for the execs I work for. They love it. The guy with the sign is always in baggage claim to pick them up, plenty of room for luggage, and they get to their hotel in no time. It is worth the $130 for the round trip for them.

Most (if not all) the Town Car services have toll-free numbers. Why not just call the one you're going to use and tell them what you've got - both passengers and luggage - and see what THEY suggest?

We always use a limo service and you can really get a good deal by shopping around. I suggest you find one with 10 person vans. Last time I think we spent 110.00 round trip and got a grocery stop to pick up necessities. Much faster than ME as they are waiting for you when you land and take you directly to the resort instead of five other resorts first! Money well spent!

Try Happy Limo, or Tiffany town car. We have used both and would use again in that order. Mousesavers.com has great info on extra discounts for these.

I already did call down there. The man I talked to told me 3 large suitcases and that we "should" be all right. My AAA travel agent called after I called her and they told her 7 medium suitcases! We should be fine. I just thought it was a little bizarre if it is a 4 person car and only holds 3 suitcases!

I already have 2 town cars through someone! (Sorry I can't remember right now!) I felt the same way about direct to the resort. I have a 6 year old who is gonna be busting!

I like that they are waiting and ready to go. No fooling around and getting right to the resort!

I would also recommend the 10 person van. Many of the towncar companies offer them. It would be less expensive that two town cars. We have used one several times when all of my kids or extended family travel with us.
