Town Car Service- Which is better

We are using a town car service for our next trip, but cannot decide which one. Tiffany and Cartier are almost equally priced (w/in $5) and include the car seat. I read another thread that said the booster/car seats were disgusting. Anyone else use either and care to voice in, as we will need a booster. Also, does on offer better service over the other?

P.S.

Southern Elegance came in a close 3rd, but there are no coupons and they charge for the car seat putting them $10 above.

Based on many recommendations from DIS-ers, we are using Transportation2Disney next month.

They charge less than any that you mentioned and have a $5.00 coupon.

The use of a car seat is free, as is the grocery stop and a photo op at the front gates to WDW.

They also rent strollers for the week for, I think $20.00.

I've never used them before, but, based on glowing reports, I changed my town car reservation to them.

Can't wait to try them out!

Have you checked Quicksilver Tours (quicksilver-tours.com)? They, too, offer free car seats and the 30 minute grocery stop. We didn't need a car seat, but when they took us back to MCO, the driver had one in the car and left it at the hotel to pick up later, as there was no room in the trunk for it. It looked very clean and in beautiful shape. Quicksilver provided excellent customer service.

Oops! Posted under my daughter's name. Sorry!

Anyway, I hope the link helps. When search is working agin, you might want to read what other DIS-ers have had to say about this service.

Looked good to me.

We have used Tiffany 2-3x a year for several years and have always had great service. Until recently we required a booster seat and it was always in good shape - a couple times it was new. We could not do our WDW vacation without the 30 minute grocery stop!

Ok haven't been on the Dis for a while and I just booked our next WDW stay at AKL for Dec. This is the first I have heard about Transportation2Disney. Their rate is better then any other company I have seen. Are they really good????

I wish the search function was working. There are a lot of reviews from DIS-ers who have used this service and they were great.

That's how I made my decision to use them, even tho I had never heard of them before, either.

Of course, the price didn't hurt, either ;)

Keep watching for search to come back up.

I do want to add that they have been great about responding to my e-mails. Very fast and very personable.

Thanks Poohlovr for your quick response. For the last 2 trips we have used Your Ride and wondering if we should switch to another company or email Your Ride and see if they can bet the $90 price since we are repeat customers.

$90.00???

Don't forget the 5.00 coupon making it 85.00 for MK resorts.

My trip to the Dolphin will be 75.00. Noone else would touch that.

No problem! Just leave that MK resort hotel and hop on over to the Epcot area!

That'll get you that 75.00 rate!

thanks for the coupon information. We are using them in August and didn't realize there was a coupon!

I didn't think ******** was still around. I used them twice before but that was a few years ago. I thought Rabbitz sold the business.

I book Transportation2Disney also since they gave me the best rate for a van service. We have 6 people in our party, so a towncar isn't big enough.

I'd like to hear more from others who have used Transportation2Disney recently. Anyone have any comments?

Thanks for your help! I agree. No one has been able to top the $75 dollar rate. ( The extra time for the grocery stop does'nt hurt either.)

My husband and I used Transportation2Disney in February and will be using them again in September. They were great. Tony was our driver and he was the nicest man. He was friendly and gave us great Disney tips during our drive. He called the night before our return to the airport, to advise us that due to expected heavy volume at the airport, he would be picking us up a half hour earlier, just to ensure we wouldn't miss our flight.

We used Tiffany previously and were not pleased, plus they were late in arriving to take us back....they arrived as we were loading our luggage into a taxi cab as we couldn't wait any longer or we'd miss our flight.

I had also booked this company (transportation2disney) because I thought the price was right. On our pickup to go back to the airport our driver was 30 mins late....30 mins of worrying about getting to our flight on time:( The company did not have a excuse either. They said it was our drivers fault, the driver said it was them who gave him the time:confused: My lesson learned was not to go w/ a company to save $5-10. I hope you experience is not like mine.

Rabbitt sold the business to Thom. Thom is/was really great. I've used Your ridemany times with great success. My last trip was at the end of Feb/beginning of March and I used them. I just went out to their website to get the coupon and start preparing for my upcoming trip and I see the site has completely changed. It looks like they may have been sold to someone bigger. The prices are higher too. Has anyone used Your ride recently? I believe in rewarding good service with loyalty, but if Thom isn't with Your ride any more then I need to shop around.

I just booked Your Ride the other day and when they emailed me back the email said "Basik Shuttle/Your Ride Transportation". I got a good rate of $90 but I am wondering if we should cancel that resv and shop around for another service. Unknown if these people are reliable or not. Unsure what to do right now?????
