Town Car or Magic express back to Mco

We are doing a split stay and planning getting a town car from Mco to universal RPR, then a Town car transfer to Disney.
On the way back we have the option of Disney Magic express? Not sure if getting a town car transfers would give us more time at the resort( we will be leaving on 10/31/16- and will have to drag the kids away!!).
We are flying international so think we have to be at the airport 3 hours before

As long as you are staying at a Disney Resort (Dolphin is excluded IIRC) the night before your departure, you can utilize DME back to the airport.

Also IIRC, DME will pick you up 4 hours before your departure time (+/- 15 minutes) for an international departure. You need to be at your DME bus stop 15 minutes before that time ready to go. A towncar might give you an extra 30-45 minutes. It's up to you if that extra time is worth the cost.
