You may want to take along their Blue DVC Member ID card since we were asked for ours (along with KTTW card) in order to gain entrance there. We stayed on points too, but our KTTW card did not say "DVC member".

Sorry...I misread the member site guidelines and have deleted my post. As Carol says, access should be allowed and bringing the parent's card is a good idea.

We were just there recently and our room keys did not say DVC member on them and when I asked about it, I was told they stopped printing it the cards because non members staying on an owners points were getting benefits that weren't due them.

Interesting I did like that kttw cards were printed with member but if we've got to show our blue membership cards from here on that's fine.

That's right. They know that children aren't going to have blue cards, nor will non-DVC guests staying with you. But they do want to see the room keys to make sure everyone is at BLT.

How many guests may a member bring to the lounge? I'm hoping to bring 5 or 6 friends up with me, And its easier if I can go get them myself from the ;obby, rather than drag DW and DD7 down there to escort them up.

If they are staying with you at BLT, you can bring all of them. If none of them are staying at BLT with you on your points, you can't bring any of them.

AlSo if your dw and dd want to go up, they have to go down to the lobby anyway.
