Yes, but if you are going to visit friends at a villa (which the original poster was asking about) you are allowed to park at BLT. We only tend to park there when we are hanging out with friends staying there and we may/may not visit the lounge.

Not automatically so. Disney has been more lax since BLT opened but people have been turned away from CR for parking even with confirmed dinner reservations. I don't think any of us have an issue if you are allowed to park giving them honest information but we are warning that it's possible you may not be allowed to do so and may have to get there by other means. One should simply be prepared and forewarned as it's not reasonable to be upset if you are turned away in these situations.

the last 2 yrs when I booked on line I only use my name to make booking faster so I can book more rooms before there going (F&WF)
My name is already listed and I never had any problems with adding names later.

I did not want to move from BWV, but was able to get CL at AKV for 1 night. I just put DH's name as Lead for the CL night.

My daughter is getting married April 3 and we wanted a small get-together of not more than 20 people tops. Not all are staying on my DVC points. Some are on their own and others are cash at various WDW resorts...

... It's a shame.....15-20 people up at TOWL from our party would have infused some life in to that place. We would have had a decent bar purchase...

... and then see if we can go upstairs for cocktails and fireworks. If not, we will all watch fireworks from our room and they will lose our cocktail consumption tab...

... If anything, I think we'd make the bartenders night with the business we would provide....

... If I choose to have guests over to my room, where do they park? I will probably have to get this all ironed out with security.

Certainly DVC Members entertain in their villas? How are guests at other resorts handled? I guess if I have to drive around and pick everyone up I will.

Since it sounds like your 12-25 (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3214844) guests will be drinking, why not solve the designating a driver for each car problem and have them utilize Disney transportation or taxis?

I just wanted to say that it's. short walk from the MK if they wanted to take Disney transportation!
