Tower of Terror?

I heard a rumor some time ago that DCA would be getting a Tower of Terror. In fact, I heard that it was already being built. Was I dreaming? I can't find anything on-line that has anything about this. Anybody with info?

There are some pics on this DCA site that show various stages of the construction. It's currently scheduled to open in the Spring or Summer of 2004.
