Tower of Terror?

Does anyone know when this attraction will open at DCA? I guess I could look on some other sites - but I figured that someone here would know.

2004 (spring ? ) is what I have heard. Not soon enough. My DD11 could not get enough of this ride during our WDW trip.

While locked out of our rental car. I got this tid bit of info from the guard.......... DCA's TOT will have 3 elevator!!
