I know that several of us are going to be at the House of Mouse for a week or more around the ToT event.

So far we have a dinner at the Liberty Tree arranged by Big Vic followed by the MNSSHP. Then about 2 pm a get together at the Fantasia mini golf course on the BoardWalk, followed by a late lunch/early supper. Leaving plenty of time left for a nap and such before the 9:30 race start.

Does anyone else have any ideas for other gatherings or wopuld just like some company for a fun day? We are arriving on the evening of the 24th and meeting Robert and Linda for a supper and a cold beer at the Brewery.

The morning after the race will be a sleep-in for most of us. Anyone up for a brunch or dinner the day after the race?

We'd probably be up for dinner on Sunday. I'll have to run it by the DW.

I'll have to double check, but I believe there are 3 seats still available for LTT on the 26th (prior to MNSSHP).

Just checked, and there are 3 seats still open. :)

Vic - we changed our minds. If you guys don't mind a 4 year old tagging along that is - we'll take those 3 open seats for LTT. I'll PM you.

What time is the LTT ressie?

And what is everyone dressing up as for MNSSHP? Chad & I will be recycling our pirate & wench costumes from '05 (I spent too much $$$ on them to not re-use them!). I think Zack wants to be a pirate again too - I'll have to ask again when it gets closer. I'd really like him to be Peter Pan since he has the hair for it, but we'll see...

I think we will pass on Saturday's mini golfing. We are going to have to put Zack in one of those kids clubs, or hire a Fairy Godmother to watch him that night for the race. So, we should do the family-time thing during the day.

I'd like to participate in brunch or dinner on Sunday, but we have to make sure about our schedules. There's a good chance we will have to leave WDW on Sunday morning. But if not, we're in!

We are arriving Sunday 10/21 and would love to meet up with anyone else who is there during the week. We have no idea where we are staying though since we are still waitlisted at BCV & BWV.

We'll be arriving sometime Friday--hopefully early afternoon. We'll more than likely be in for mini-golf (but with kiddos in tow and maybe DSIL) We'll be kid free for the race as DSIL is going to watch them for us. We'll see about brunch on Sunday, but if we can swing it we'd love to come. Dinner would be out for us as we are doing MNSSHP on Sunday night

Kristi: Glad you are joining us for LTT:)

I look forward to seeing all at Fantasia Mini Golf. Brain Child of DW for an FE.

Your lady and our Pretty Princess of Romance and Magic, had a great idea there with the Mini Golf.

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know if there is transportation from any of the values to the race???

DH and I are very close to booking this but because of some other trips we have planned within the next year I am trying to keep it as econimcal as possible and 1 way to do that would be cut out the car rental.

Any know about transportation or even where I can find the info??

Thanks a bunch!!!

Kim

Kim,

Since it is a MGM, there should be busses. Also, you could take a bus to Boardwalk and walk over to MGM. It is about .8 miles. Leave the rent a car behind. You can get a bus from MGM to WWS to get your packet also.

See you soon:)

Kim. please come. If all else fails, and there were no busses, Erica and I are driving down to Disney so we will have new stang conv to take you and hubby home if you don't mind ruffing it. Or since they are closing the MGM party at one, if you wanted to walk down to the Epcot area with us there will be cold beer and conversation out by the pool.

Now remind your hubby that you are a Fairy Princess of "YARC" and you will be recieving your presents at 9 PM so he had better get busy collecting them.

What about the Si Fi dinner show at the MGM, Erica and I have never done that, anyone interested for that thursday night before the ToT?

Does anyone know how to make advanced reservations?

Hi Dave,

We would have loved to but we aren't going to have park tickets on this trip.
Maybe we can plan something before or after your dinner. We have to stick to a resort restaurant.

I didn't even know Sci Fi did a dinner show, we have only been there for lunch but it is a neat place.

Kim

Dave--just call 407-WDW-DINE for ADRs! We love eating at Sci-fi, the cars are fun! However, we're not getting in until late Thurs. and we're just staying at the airport Wingate Inn Thurs. night--heading over to WDW Friday morning!

I always like ESPN Club as a non resort place. Great wings:) There are always the Dinner shows but have to plan ahead.

That would work for us. That is on Boardwalk right?? DH and I are huge sports fans so we would like to go there over the course of the weekend so if something gets planned for there we are in.
