Tower of Terror question

Hi Everyone!
I went on the TOT in Florida last year and believe it has a random number of drops- think I counted 5 or more- so how many does it have in Paris? does anyone know?

I've only been on it twice, but as far as I can remember it had about 3 drops each time, but of differing intensities.

I'm sure someone who has been more recently will be able to confirm for definite!

Ooh yes I'd love to know this too, disappointed if it only has three drops. This is one of my all time favourite rides -- can't wait to go on it at DLP .. my little feet won't be able to carry me there fast enought haha

The TOT in Paris is quite different.
There are 2 major differences; The drops are not random but each time the same and you have no 5th dimension. So the only time you move vertically is when you'll leave the boarding station.

The DLP version is a clone of the DCA (Disney's CA Adventure) version if you've ridden that one. Still a good ride but not quite as good as the WDW version.

Oh darn, I loved the randomisation of the WDW ToT

Having ridden WDW's TOT first, I thought I'd miss the 5th dimension and the random drops - OK, I'll be honest, I do a little but it's still a great ride and the theming is fab. I love the way it slots so well into the Studios park.

ETA: forgot about the drops. I thought it had two big drops but I'm not sure - too busy screaming to count!
