I haven't stayed there for a while and can't remember...are there towels available at the pools at FW? Thanks for the info! We have relatives leaving in a few days who asked. Have a great day...

since WL is considered a deluxe resort I would be surprised if they didn't have towels at the pool. I would say yes, 95% sure! :sunny: :sunny: :sunny:

NO GIOny the op wanted to know about Fort Wilderness ..the campground...
LOL :flower:

I wonder if anyone ever makes the mistake of booking one of those 2 resorts and gets a surprise at check in!? :earseek: (They either think it is a VERY expensive camp site or a real bargan rate for WL HAHAH :rotfl: )

I was at FW MANY moons ago and don't remember anything about the pool....
I don't think I used it at all!

Found the following on All ears net.....no mention of towels so my guess would be that they don't have them at the pool......

Are there pools and where are they located?

There are two heated outdoor swimming pools available for FW resort guests only. The main pool is located near the Meadow Trading Post in the center of the campground and the second smaller pool is located with the Wilderness Cabins, between loops 2500 and 2700, which is more near the resort entrance. Lounge chairs and tables are provided. There is a shallow kiddie pool at the main pool. Also, child-sized life vests are available at the pools free of charge. The pools are open 24 hours, but the lifeguard hours vary seasonally.

Many, many, many people confuse the too!! I saw that link with the description too. I've stayed there several times and used the pool maybe once! Thanks for the help. I hope you all have a sunny day...we New Englanders don't know what that's like anymore :sunny:

We were there about a year ago. We never used the main pool but there were no towels at the quiet pool near the cabins. They leave tons of towels under the sink in the bathroom and we just used those.

I don't believe so--I guess the notion (except for the cabins) is that you'd have your own towels anyway for the showers.
