Does anybody have suggestions for a 1-day touring plan for SW? ((I gave away my WDW Unofficial Guide, but am I hallucinating that I saw a SW plan in there, too?))

Also, suggestions on the most efficient (EASY) and cheap way to get from SSR at WDW to SW would be helpful as well.

Thank you!!

I would think the most efficient way to get there would be a taxi. The cheapest way is to take Disney transportation to the TTC and get the lynx shuttle from there to Seaworld. Last time I checked (Dec 06) it cost $1.25. I opted for the easy route and took a cab -- $28.

Seaworld in one day was tricky because of the timing of the shows. I would suggest checking out their website for show info and times. Determine what shows you want to see and build your touring around that. There are a few things that should be done as close to opening as possible -- if you want to ride Kraken (roller coaster) or if you want to feed the dolphins, you should do these first.

Also, if you plan on the Sea Lion show, make sure you get there at least 15 minutes early. There is a mime who performs before the show -- he was a riot!! Definitely not to be missed.

Thanks 123SA! I generally would choose easy and efficient over cheap, but since we'll be 2 families of 5, it's possible that a taxi will run us way more than $28.

I believe that our focus at Sea World will be on animal experiences and shows rather than thrill rides, so hopefully that will make our day a little easier. I hopehopehope.

If anybody else has ideas of how to tackle the park, or how to get there, I would love to hear them! Thanks!

Hi Kim, You can get no.50 lynx bus from TTC, it goes straight there. You need the correct fare (no change). Children travel free & fare is $1.25-$1.50 for adults. We love Seaworld, have a lovely time.

We're thinking Universal and Seaworld next Feb., so I'm starting to keep track of "tricks"! :goodvibes (Booked the rental car last night! We're only going if we can earn one more free plane ticket with our rewards credit card - not too far to go...)

I also heard that LYNX bus system from wdw to Sw is a great option. No transfers and a straight run rather which I understand can get "crazy" especially with a large group. We're trying it out ourselves in August.
Have a wonderful time.
We have not been to Sea World for over 10 years and look forward to seeimg it again! Like you we're likely to enjoy the shows and animals and not really rides so I'd also be interested in what people recommend. ENJOY!

a1tinkfans, it would be great if you'd let us know how it goes with Lynx on your August trip! Thanks, and have fun!!
