We've got a five-night stay coming up at BCV and have two studios reserved. I have a "travel with" number. When creating my TP room requests, do I:

a) Put in room # requests for each room (choosing rooms that are close to each other)
b) Put in the same room # request for each room
c) Only put in one request (for one of the rooms)

You need to decide what is priority -- rooms close together or the location of choice. You may not be able to get both. If having your rooms close together is most important, I'd skip any other room request.

I put in only one room request: reservation # x, would like connecting rooms with reservation # y.

It worked for us.

Putting specific room numbers for each reservation lowers your chances of getting what you want.

Thx for replies. Honestly, it's more important to us that the room doesn't have elevator shaft noise than if we are right next to each other. We tried (a) - will see what happens!

Did you already send this request? If not being near an elevator is your priority, I would specifically put that in. If the room # you requested isn’t available for your dates, and the request has no other information, then the cast member won’t know why you wanted that room.

Thx. I sent room requests with room numbers next to one another, and then under additional info I put: "Quiet room away from elevator shaft, housekeeping, and road noise. Near "travel with" #########." - Hopefully that's not too much.

Sounds like you have it covered. Good luck!
