Touring plans in the rain?

So it looks like there could be a lot of rain during my 10/17 - 10/24 trip. At DL quite a few rides shut down during the rain, what about WDW? Are there rides we should hit up for sure while it's sunny? I know Test Track shuts down.

Ugh - I hate to even think about this! We are going Oct 21-27. I'm counting on a turnaround of the forecast!! Although one good thing...my parents took us to WDW in October as kids and it rained every. single. day. Place cleared out and there were no lines!! I realize its a different time and that won't happen as much, but it may help.

As for your question, I think all outdoor rides will shut down if there is lightning. I've also heard Test Track shuts down if its raining, no lightning required.

This summer, it seemed it was just the threat of lightening that shut most rides down (even if it was sunny)

And now that people pay so much for tickets, and have future FP+ already lined up, guests are likely to stay through shorter showers. (So you probably don't get that immediate empty park benefit)
