My cousin has asked me to help her put together a touring plan for her upcoming July trip. I've taken my family there multiple times and have a pretty good plan so we don't wait too long in lines. This is her first trip with her little kids and I don't want to mess it up...so I'm a little stressed.

Here's the details...they will be in the parks July 12,13 and 15...a Thurs, Fri, and Sunday. There are six adults, and three kids...ages 5, 3, and two months. They want to hit both parks in these three days. So, here's what I have so far:
July 12, be at Disneyland 30 minutes before opening, then have someone immediatly start collecting fast passes. Meanwhile, the little kids hit fantasyland, I think they could make it through all those rides by 10 am, right? Then have them head over, stop and ride matterhorn, working their way over to tomorrowland where they will ride Buzz, Autopia, Space and Star Tours. I figure by now it will be around noon. Back to hotel for naps. Back to the park around three to stake out a spot for the parade that's at four. Then start using the fastpasses that have been collected. Back to the hotel by eight...they will do fireworks on Friday night since saturday is a sleep in day.
How does this look so far? Help, the more I type the more afraid I am!
