Just curious how many of you have used his 'best day' to go to the park guide and felt it was worthwhile. I have found he differs from others on which day to go where and I have kind of changed my plans around based on his recommendations of best days for the amusement and water parks. I take eveything with a grain of salt, but I sure would like to avoid really busy parks if poss.

Any of you Disney experts out there used his 'best days' guide when you were there? He seems to keep things updated. Thanks

I've been going to WDW for many years now but last year I heard about TGM and joined before our trip in Oct. I followed his best days guide and it worked well for my family.

I have had only success using his ideas and methods! I would not tour WDW any other way. Good luck!

i have planned my trip in june with TGM,can't wait to see how it works out for us :thumbsup2

I used them for the first time this last trip. And we were all amazed!! The days I used his plans, we got everything done with time to do our favorites over again! My husband couldn't believe it either...he told me to go home and buy another subscription for next trip. LOL Good Luck!

I used TGM for my honeymoon last July. We honestly waited no longer than 10 minutes for rides. His plans are golden.

Last year I wondered too about the conflicting advice but I followed Mike and my family and me are happy that we did. Little to no waits- it was our best trip ever!!!

Is the Tour Guide Mike information much different than the Unofficial Guide info (which I love!). I already feel like I'm holding down a second job with all this planning. Do I want to add another dimension to it with another Guide?

I just subscribed and of course had to change all of my plans. I only had one problem with an ADR. We will be eating at O'hana's at 8:20 at night! I am going to keep calling to see if someone else cancels and we can get an earlier time. I am curious to see if everything works out.

Yep, we just used his advice in December. Everything was right on. Once you understand his touring philosophy, you won't have any trouble avoiding the crowds.

I subscribed, but am unsure of how it all works. It all seems confusing to me! I found touringplans.com and it showed actual plans of what to do! Anyone offer some help? I feel like I just threw away my $22 that I paid to join!

Take your time and read the Review your AVP article before you do anything else. For myself I have had great luck with following the sample guides TGM has put together and editing them for my own use. Place a post on the TGM forums if you need help navigating or getting anything together. Everyone would be happy to help.

Where are the TGM forums? I too have printed strategies, but I am still a little confused. :confused3

After you sign in, hit the button that says "AVP Forums".

TGM does not say "do not use the EMH"
It depends on when you plan to be at WDW.
There are logical reasons for when to use them and when not to.
Check it out.

His best days guide is spot on. It was worth the money just once to me. After that, you'll know the philo he follows and you can figure it out on your own. I found his site helpful but it should cost about half as much as it does. My .02 cents.
