Is anyone finding it extremely frustrating that he does not have the best/worst parks for October up yet?!? I make ADRs in 9 days for my October trip, and I wanted to look at his advice first. Nada. I have also emailed them to ask a question and no reply. It's been 6 days since I emailed. Is anyone else having trouble with their customer service?

I emailed on the same issue. They did respond (4/18) within 24 hours,they said they were still working on getting it out.

October? He does not even have the correct park hours, and show times for my visit in TWO WEEKS! I sent a question about this five weeks ago and never even received a reply. Also among other things, He has still not added Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor as an attraction. It's all becoming very frustrating. I realize that he must be a very busy guy, but if you're going to take people's money for a service you should provide that service.

Edit: In fairness, it appears that the hours for May have finally been updated.

I had a similar experience last year, which is why I asked for a refund. It only took 3 requests (the first two were ignored) for him to finally apologize and refund my money. Though I'm glad he refunded it, I was not pleased with the lack of customer service and with the really old information on the site.

I'm ready for the flames, though, because TGM has many happy customers on these boards.
 

I'm not going in October, but I believe WDW just posted the EMH for October on their site a couple days ago, which would be why TGM's recommended days aren't out yet.
 
EMH for October were significantly delayed .. way more than usual for some reason or another.
 
THANK YOU CanadianGuy & bigbabyblues for pointing this out. I've been making that point over and over on the TGM message boards and people just don't want to hear it.

Also, the discount nights for MNSSHP are not out yet -- that will effect how busy each particular MNSSHP party is. Those won't be out until May 1.

I guess I feel like TGM can either do a crappy job with incomplete information and get them out early -- or he can do a decent job with all of the info, but people are going to have to wait a few weeks.

As for the incorrect info on dates that are coming up in the next couple of weeks -- well, there's no excuse for that. Is TGM doing this site totally on his own? Maybe he needs to take on an assistant or two.

But, if you called WDW, they could tell you the info. I'd think when someone takes your money, they would make a few phone calls. Further, when you email customer service, you should recieve a reply. I've recieved no apology or anything and I emailed them a week ago.
 
I'm a fan of TGM, but I'm a little annoyed at some of the things I'm seeing on the site lately.

For instance... we are going in the beginning of May and he has DHS as both a green and red for the same morning. I don't won't to give the specific day since it against the rules, but how can a park be both green and red for the same morning?

Apparently its a glitch caused by Disney's change in EMH days last week. They notified me that they will change it ASAP.
 
I've been waiting too! I'm supposed to make ADRs on Sunday and would like some input from TGM.

I can understand the frustration! Our ADR window had already passed so I had to use my TA for best days. Her guides are really good so I went with that instead of TGM.
His sight has a lot of good info, but some of it is out of date and I find his touring plans to be hard to figure out. I like the UG or Ride Max for touring plans because it is easy... go here then there, etc.
 
Finally the first part of October is posted (Oct 1 - Oct 15) on his site.
 
Not what need, though. I still have received no answer from him--it's been a full week since my email. IMO, that is unacceptable.
 
It seems like folks are a little less satified with Mike these days. I wonder if that is because Disney is changing things up a bit (EMHs), or maybe he's just slipping because of a too high client base. :confused3

Or maybe he thought people would continue to pay $20 no matter how outdated some of the material is on his website.:rolleyes1
 
I am a fan base don my experience for my trip 2 weeks ago, but I would be frustrated by a lack of information as well.

Good luck getting it sorted out!
