I am at the stage where all the big stuff is covered and I am working on the little things like what parks to go to on what days.
My family looks to me to make all these decisions and I was wondering what you experts thought of the prepackaged touring plans on the market. Are they worth it? Do they give you any insight you didn't already know? Should I sign up for them or just wing it? Need feedback.

We are going for NJ week, October 31 - November 7, BLT.
2 parents, 2 teenagers, all are early risers and we don't do the dining plan, we eat all our meals at our villa (I don't mind cooking on vacation).

TGM will not give you a pre packaged plan but his best day and how to tour advice is invaluable and well worth the price...TP's best days are free 30 days out...I have never really used there plans...I am trying ridemax this year for our mid nov trip and as far as I can tell its a powerful program...I have been many times an really like getting advice but I never use a plan and if you have been many times I wouldnt worry about a plan...I think I would get TGM for there best days...all 3 offer best day advice but TGM is always spot on...I am also subscribed to TGM and TPs..

I use TGM for his best days - wouldn't be without that info these days. We use the touring plans from tp.com and we're now at a point where we've used them so often we just follow them on autopilot :rotfl:

I like them both for different reasons. I like TP's cheat sheets for each park, and I like TGMs explanations of why/how his plans work based on typical traffic patterns in the parks. If I was only going to go with one, it would probably be TGM because of the forums and the ability to get feedback from other (often MUCH more experienced) subscribers on the practicality of my plans.

What is TP? I know what TGM is, but I haven't heard of TP. I tried to goolgle TP.com but it wasn't touring plans.

Thanks.
