okie...before my last trip i didnt decide until 2 days before that i wanted to get tour guide mike, and i knew it would be too overwhelming for such a short period, so i didnt. now, we are going down in may, and it was supposed to actually be a non-disney trip, just sw, universal, etc. well, now we have decided we will be going to at least animal kingdom for one day. now, i notice people mention that he explains his reasonings....do you think that would actually help with my other touring as well? just not sure if its a good idea to subscribe for one day at ak, so id like to think maybe it would help me at universal,sw, etc...whatya think? is that possible?

The information and advice that TGM offers is strictly for the WDW parks; he does not give info on US, SW or IOA. I signed up for his website a couple weeks ago for our trip in June. We will be doing 3 parks so his price was well worth the investment to me. Since you will just be doing AK you may be better off just checking out UG (not sure what the price of that is right now; purchased mine a while ago) or other places for info on just that park.

I love TGM but I don't think I'd invest for just one day. UG's current rate is $6.95 (I think), but I'd just go do some reading at your local library (The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World) and grab the info from a book. I don't think it's necessary to spend money for a one day tour. TWO WORDS to remember----GO EARLY! Remember that AK will be very crowded now with the addition of EE.
