Touching the dolphins at SW

I read that Sea World no longer allows guests to feed the dolphins, but I was wondering if you're still allowed to touch them. I haven't been since 2007 but am heading down for a quick trip at the end of the month and would love to know if this is an option. Thanks in advance!

We are going a day in October and I am planning on getting the Dolphin's Up Close Tour. I was told this tour lets you touch the dolphins but haven't experienced it myself yet.
