Well, after a week of calls - with no straight answers (yes, its been shipped, yes your card has been charged) I still have no suit - and no real answer.

Then today (see the emails - starting at the bottom...up)

It's sold out (no its not we have plenty!)- it's been shipped (it hasnt)- ive been charged (I havent)- it's been invoiced. IM SO MAD!

This is now the THIRD request for customer service I have requested from you.

I just got off the phone with Sherri whom stated my credit card had been declined.
Strangely enough, this is following me rec'vg a confirmation via regular mail, that
the item had been shipped, and numerous calls of being told my card WAS charged
(after *I* corrected you all, by letting you know it had not been charged) and that said
item was shipped.

This is a poor, poor way to operate and try to cover YOUR mistake. After a week's
worth of telephone calls, and being told my card WAS charged and the item WAS shipped,
how dare you cover your mistake by now stating my credit card was declined.

If a mistake had been made - thats fine, be honest about it. I work in the technical field. I
realize mistakes with systems happen often - but this truly takes the cake.

I expect a reply, immediately.

Good Afternoon ~

I really need someone to investigate my below order.

This was originally placed first thing Monday morning - I rec'vd no notification/confirmation until yesterday (below) which showed as 'sold out'

If I take the below confirmation #'s and enter them into Speigel.com - it shows as shipped. When I called your 800 CS # - it shows as "invoice" / not shipped.

And to add more confusion to the above mess - My credit card has not been charged, at all. Which leads me to believe there is an issue somewhere along the line.

I need clarification, confirmation and shipping of this order ASAP. I'm becoming a bit frustrated, as you can imagine. This item was ordered 5 days ago, and I still cant figure out where it is, whats going on with it - or anything.

I'm quite upset about this. Can you please take a look at this transaction and give me a straight answer?
