totally frustrated, please help

I'm booked on the july 17th west coast cruise, paid in full, including REAS. I want to make my Palo and spa reservations - but cant seem to get it done. SueEllen from DU hasn't gotten back to me, I cant seem to get into the web site (I'm registered, it recognizes me, I have the correct confirmation no. - it just freezes up when I try to access the reservation) and the person at DCL said I have to wait for someone to call me. now that you can book reservations ahead on line, it seems like you ought to be able to pick your reservation times for REAS just as early. If the new website isn't working, whats a girl to do? :sad2:
 
Some have posted that they have not gotten all the bugs out yet with the website. Do you really need REAS now that you can prebook everything ahead of time (I know many have purchased REAS just for that reason).

Only thing I can say is be patient and keep trying the website....maybe from a different computer. Others have said they had problems on one computer but when they used a different one had no problem (something to do with computer settings). I know how you feel....so close, yet so far.

Sue Ellen told me yesterday that with REAS you can book 105 days out. So you'll definitly within that time frame. She also said that some people were having problems with the REAS booking. She said that she had to do someone's yesterday for them. My 105 days out is memorial day so she told me to contact her if I couldn't do it. So I'm guessing you'll have to get her to help out and do it. I would keep trying until you hear from Sue Ellen.
 
Oh forgot to add someone yesterday was saying that only using Internet Explorer could they get the ressies part for palo and the spa to work.
 

Once you have paid for your REAS package in full, you can call Debbie direct at 407-566-7411 (easier than waiting for the call) to make your reservations for the spa and Palo's. She will also take your brunch reservation. Have your reservation number handy - she's ask for it. Have a great trip!

Actually, Debbie's not doing it anymore since it's online. Someone else posted yesterday that she gave them another person (Amy, maybe?) Look in the other recent REAS threads about this topic.
 
i'm on the 6/4 west coast cruise and i'm not cancelling my reas until i'm definitely booked at the spa and palos - i figure if the online stays down for a while i'm still going to be guarenteed the reservations because they are paid for thru this package

I don't have the REAS package, but I was able to get Palo and kid's club reservations on line last night. HOWEVER, it took me over an hour to get through. I started trying to log on around 8:00 p.m. (pst) and after putting the kids to bed, hitting the refresh button several times, and playing about 9 games of spider solitaire, I was able to get through with no problems around 9:00. My hair-brained guess is that the east coast cruisers had given up by that time, so the site wasn't as busy. Since you are west of the Mississippi, you might want to try later at night :confused3 . Just a suggestion......

I have had a few email issues over the last few days, but I was pretty certain they were resolved.
Check your email--these have been booked for you. I'll resend the email to you once again.

How long ago did you pay in full? Some travel agencies accept your payment, but may wait several days (or weeks) to pay DCL because they process multiple payments at once. So, you may have paid, but it may not have been processed.
 
I had a hard time getting on yesterday for everyone was trying to get on since it was the first day. I went on a few hours ago and did not have any problem at all so give it a try now.
