Total change of plans..help!

I had our plan all worked out..dates picked...room booked!
We now have to change our plan as we will have a exhange student with us till mid October!!!!
I don't even know where to begin in terms of re-thinking the whole PLAN!
I want to go now I guess near the end of Oct..any advice? Are there any big holidays etc we should know of ..times parks will be real busy?
We did MNSSHP one year in early Oct so we are not interested in doing that again.
The other bummer is that we will not get to spend our wedding anniversary in wdw (we were married there) .
I also will have to book regular season...do I have a hope of still getting a caa discount at this point??

Just to let you know that the last full week of October, later part of the week will be busy, busy, busy!

That's the week of the Member Cruise plus a lot of us are planning on staying on afterwards to enjoy MNSSHP and the F&W Festival.

But then again, a great time to meet up with the gang!

End of October has become busy with F&W festival and MNSSHP, but not unbearable. We were there for 12 days this past Oct, and the only thing that really is a drag is the number of nights that MK is closed due to MNSSHP. MK only ends up being open later 2 nights a week, and of course it's crazy busy because of it.

Have a great time, whatever you decide to do.
