Does TOT have a chicken :scared1: exit before you get on the ride? I want to see the entrance but can not ride it.

thanks

A chicken exit... :rotfl: Yes, of course it does. First day in DCA I didn't want to go on it (I was fine until we got to the loading area but then I just couldn't do it) so queued up but exited as the rest of my party rode it. Because you have to walk through two sets of doors to get into their lifts, (when you stand on your number you go through one set and are in a corridor which you later walk down again after exiting the ride) you can just go through the first set and walk to the left (and down the stairs if you're upstairs) then exit into the picture viewing area and ride shop. Give it as go though. You'll LOVE it!!! :thumbsup2

I like the "chicken exit" on Rock & Roller Coaster at WDW though. I used to use it alllll the time. Until I finally plucked up enough courage to ride it that was. And do you know that the exit is exactly the same in Paris' Studios park as it is at WDW's MGM Studios? Little facts you get to learn being a chicken - or opting out of riding every now and again.

I was very chicken too, but did manage to give it a go. :cool1:
It is really not that bad!!

One tip I would give you though is to sit at the back. ;) There are 3 rows of seating, just like in a cinema. I felt safer in the back row than I am sure I would have in the front!!

Good luck :wave2:

The ride itself is not bad at all. They do a good job of trying to mentally freak you out. If you do it once you will do it again.

GREAT advice from carinv and blackjackdelta. I wanted to sit near the back my first time too. It just makes you feel safer. And if you go on it once you'll absolutely love it and will run around to queue (or get a fastpass - as well as queuing?! ;)) and ride it again!!! :teeth:

Unfortunately, I can't ride it because of health issues - no roller coasters or rides that drop:sad2: but I would love to see the entrance.

Thanks for all your input.

Awww, sorry to hear that. :sad1: Just the experience up to getting into the elivator is great though. You've got the grounds outside (which are tinnnnny compared to WDW's Tower but hey) then the lobby then the library then the boiler room. It's all so very well themed. Enjoy all that you can of it. And the same goes for everything else you sadly won't get to experience. Have a great trip though!!! :goodvibes
